Cook Time:
20 Minutes

Ingredients
Veggies:
Taylor Farms - teriyaki noodles meal kit
Green peas
Toppings:Â
Sesame seeds (optional)
Spices: (season to taste)
Black pepper  (just a dash)
Adobo seasoning (just a dash)
Don't Forget:
Seitan strips (choose any brand you want, i love Sweet Earth Chipotle Seitan strips)
Grapeseeoil (1 tbsp)
Soy-Free Soy Sauce (3-6 tbsp)Â
Preparation
Step 1
add grapeseed oil to a pan on low heat
Step 2
once heated, add all the delicious veggies in the meal kit to the pan
Step 3
let the veggies cook down while you place the pre-packed noodles in the microwave for 60 seconds
Step 4
once the noodles are warm, add them to the veggies (pro tip: if the noodles are stuck together once you remove them from the package, add smidge of grapeseed oil to them to loosen them up in the pan)
Step 5
Cover the pan and allow it to sit on low heat for 3-5 minutes (depending on how crunchy you like your veggies)
Step 6
when you're are almost ready to eat it, add 3-6 tablespoons of soy-free soy sauce to the pan and 2 teaspoons of the monk fruit sugar (pro tip: this is how i make homemade teryiaki sauce without soy. you can mix it before you add it if that works better for you)
Step 7
remove the pan from the heat and let it sit covered for 2-3 minutes while the sauce marinates the stir fry then serve in a dish with some chop sticks for the full experience.Â
